I’m someone who loves helping organizations work better. My background blends strategic HR leadership, Lean/Continuous Improvement, and operating system design — a combination that helps me see both the human and structural sides of performance. I’ve led large‑scale transformation across multi‑company environments, redesigned organizational structures, built enterprise operating systems, and facilitated strategic planning that turns vision into execution. This work has helped organizations reduce waste, improve flow, and create systems that support consistent, reliable results. My approach is rooted in discovery, data, and deep listening that surfaces root causes and results in meaningful improvement across the organization.

Across my career, I’ve partnered with owners, leadership teams, nonprofit leaders, and frontline teams to strengthen leadership behaviors, improve communication, and build cultures that support growth. I’ve scaled the People & Culture function and led an enterprise Lean transformation that delivered 30–50% productivity gains and 40–80% lead‑time reductions in focus areas. These improvements freed up capacity, reduced delays, and improved the experience customers have every day. I’ve supported organizations through acquisitions, structural redesigns, and periods of rapid change. My goal is to create systems where people can do their best work and organizations can operate with confidence, accountability, and consistent results.
